Dr. Schlegel

Since Bogleech´s "Awful Hospital", I got the idea to imagine my own cartoon-silly but creepy-scary non-human doctor. And no animal I can think of for the moment fits the doctor role better than a venomous viper and this was the result. Treating patients of several different biologies and metaphysical states from equally diverse corners of the multiverse, Dr. Schlegel is more or less an omnidisciplinary scientist. Some of his (for us, unusual) fields are homeopathy, exorcism, xenometry (the study of fundamentally alien structures), necromancy, parapsychology, and Lovecrafting (it refers both to the branch of reproductive medicine dealing with sexual relations between eldritch entities and lesser intelligences, and the study of describing exotic/creepy things with purple prose).
